All tests requested by 3.30pm on a working day are dispatched the very same day. You will receive your Welcome Pack immediately by email and most customers receive their health check monitors the very next morning depending on your location.

When will I expect delivery?

All orders received before 3.30pm on a normal work day will be dispatched the same day. You will receive your Welcome Pack by email within minutes of placing your order and your monitoring devices should be delivered within 1 to 2 work days.

Is your web site secure?

Ordering through Health Check Shop is secure. As soon as you press the ‘Checkout’ button the address bar will turn green and display the padlock showing that all further information will be transmitted over a secure connection. As an additional security measure we have implemented 3D Secure for all card processing as part of the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. However, you are welcome to order by phone if you have any concerns.

How accurate are the tests?

All the tests we provide have been independently proven to be simple to use by ordinary people and provide results equivalent to hospital laboratory tests.

What qualifications do your health check advisors have?

All our health check advisors are educated to at least degree level in a science subject with additional expertise in medical tests or are a qualified nurse.

Will my doctor know about these tests?

The tests we provide are based on the same principles as those used in hospital labs and your doctor should be familiar with them - all we have done is made them easy to use by anyone and provide help and guidance when required.

Are my details confidential?

We do not store any personal information at JRBiomedical. When you make a purchase or join Health Check Shop your email details will not be shared with any other company. We will use your details to keep you updated with the progress of your order.
